Postage/Shipping policy

We offer FREE delivery on every order within UK with NO minimum order value.

For all orders outside the UK we charge £9.95 per order.

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving such order.

The delivery time will vary depending on the destination, but is usually within 2 to 3 working days within the UK and approximately a week for the rest of the world. 

Our jewellery is sent in the UK by Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For service. If your order is urgent then please ask us to send by Royal Mail 1st class Signed For service and we will do our very best to accommodate your request at NO EXTRA charge (if no request is made then we will use the 2nd class Signed For service as default). 

All International shipments (i.e. to any destination outside the UK) are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For service. Delivery times for International orders vary depending on location. We do not charge any additional taxes but international deliveries to certain countries may require tax to be paid to customs, when the items are received. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.
